Good news i have got a trial period for the job which is the same as being hired i guess. However i have still got shifts to do part time at my current employer, so from tomorrow i will be working 11 days on the trot. That’s great for me as i love working in the Gym.
The job seems great and i will have the chance to get more qualifications along the way.
My next blog will be some fitness exercises to help get rid of that horrid thing called fat.

I have been so busy since November after succeeding in becoming a level 2 Instructor. I have been working non stop have completely lost track in keeping my blog going. Its been weeks of covering shifts but as these shifts die down now i am in need of a full time job. In December i dropped my CV off with a local gym and they have now contacted me for a full time position, i now have a job interview this week at this wonderful Gym which is less than 5 miles from my home.
So hopefully i will get the Alan Sugar your hired moment. With this in mind i will be able to schedule in time to write this blog which i am going to feed you all with useful hints, tips and quizes.

Now it has been a while since i last wrote on this blog but i have been working very hard. I have a job at my local Leisure Center, firstly as a Senior Lifeguard/Duty Manager but now hopefully as a Gym Instructor.
That’s the good news, the bad news is i have 21 days to learn Reps level 2 because that’s when i will have my assessment so need to study like mad. Any help and tips would be helpful. The hardest part for me will be the Anatomy side of the course, Biology was never my strongest subject at school.
Will keep you all posted as to how it is going.

I have finally been able to lift some weights today after 3 weeks of Pain with a shoulder Injury. Have started small but its a start.
This is thanks to reading about someone else who has had the same problem for 2 years and after taking Glucosamine Sulphate with Chondroitin for a few weeks I have noticed a big difference.
Your body produces Glucosamine and Chondroitin are both found naturally in the body, but as you get older or if you exercise a great deal, you do need to give your body a helping hand.
Glucosamine is the fluid that is around the joints and stimulates the formation (and repair) of articular cartilage. Chondroitin prevents other body enzymes from degrading the building blocks of joint cartilage. Together, they form a complex pathway of millions of biochemical pathways in the human body.
I have also been wearing a double shoulder support just to help with the stress levels involved and have found this not only supports but helps keep the joints warm which is better for repair.
I hope this will be of help to anyone suffering at the moment with joint pains.

Sorry I haven’t posted anything for a while, but I am suffering from a Joint Injury to my Shoulder and Elbow. Will be seeing an Injury specialist soon so hopefully I will be back to working out, although I have been running 5km still instead so that shows some dedication to keeping fit.
If anyone has any helpful tips to help heal this Injury I would be very glad to hear from you.

Well guys I have finally got around to posting what I eat in a day. All this food is great for your health and also good for packing on that muscle.
I start off with a Green Juice packed with Vitamins and goodness then a bowl of oatmeal which is mixed with 50/50 Filtered water and Rice Milk topped off with sliced Banana, Blueberries and Agave Syrup. YUMMY!
I will then have a Soya Protein Shake.
Mid Morning Snack
After a 1 hour session in the Gym I will have another Soya Protein Shake before going into the Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi!
Now the real tasty meals come into play when I get home with some Garlic and Peanut Butter Brocolli with Red Peppers.
For a great lunchtime meal I will have some Aubergine with Teriyaki sauce and a Falafel and Houmous Sandwich with Wholegrain Mustard and Sun Dried Tomatoes.
Mid Afternoon Snack
For a great afternoon snack I will have a Banana for starters and maybe some Curry Cauliflower and a Quinoa Salad.
For dinner I have found this fantastic recipe for Pesto and Nut Sausages that are amazing, a wonderful Vegan Recipe for Pancakes with Agave Syrup and Strawberries. I will also have another Soya Protein Shake!
For a nice snack in the evening I will opt for some Organic Peanut Butter on Toast. Finished off with some fresh Fruit!
I will also take some Multivitamins and drink throughout the day around 5-6 litres of filtered water.

Thought i would post up a couple of videos of me in the Gym just to let you know that a Vegan Diet really does work for Bodybuilding!
My bodyshape has changed more in the last week while eating Vegan than it did in 3 months eating Dairy, Meat, Fish and using Supplements!
I will post up soon my diet for 1 day and what i eat with pictures!
