Good news i have got a trial period for the job which is the same as being hired i guess. However i have still got shifts to do part time at my current employer, so from tomorrow i will be working 11 days on the trot. That’s great for me as i love working in the Gym.
The job seems great and i will have the chance to get more qualifications along the way.
My next blog will be some fitness exercises to help get rid of that horrid thing called fat.

I have been so busy since November after succeeding in becoming a level 2 Instructor. I have been working non stop have completely lost track in keeping my blog going. Its been weeks of covering shifts but as these shifts die down now i am in need of a full time job. In December i dropped my CV off with a local gym and they have now contacted me for a full time position, i now have a job interview this week at this wonderful Gym which is less than 5 miles from my home.
So hopefully i will get the Alan Sugar your hired moment. With this in mind i will be able to schedule in time to write this blog which i am going to feed you all with useful hints, tips and quizes.

Now it has been a while since i last wrote on this blog but i have been working very hard. I have a job at my local Leisure Center, firstly as a Senior Lifeguard/Duty Manager but now hopefully as a Gym Instructor.
That’s the good news, the bad news is i have 21 days to learn Reps level 2 because that’s when i will have my assessment so need to study like mad. Any help and tips would be helpful. The hardest part for me will be the Anatomy side of the course, Biology was never my strongest subject at school.
Will keep you all posted as to how it is going.
